Is there a fee to submit a sourcing request?

Submitting a sourcing request is completely free. Our concierge fee applies only when we successfully locate the item and you confirm you'd like to proceed. At that point, we'll outline the full pricing structure before any commitment is made.

How do you verify authenticity of sourced items?

Every item sourced through LuxLux goes through a rigorous authentication review by our in-house specialists. We also work with trusted third-party authentication services for high-value pieces. You will receive a full condition report and authentication documentation prior to purchase.

Can I request a specific color, size, or hardware variation?

Absolutely. The more specific your request, the better we can serve you. Our sourcing form allows you to indicate preferred colorway, size, hardware finish, condition grade, and even season or year of production when relevant. We take every detail seriously.
